Two fortnightly meetings each month with Steven Parker, principal of Strategize Auckland. Twelve months of structured advisory work — strategy, implementation, accountability — on the levers that actually move profit. Designed for Auckland owners turning $500k–$50m where the principal needs senior counsel that lasts beyond a single workshop.
How Sessions Work
Fortnightly. In person at Albany or by video. Every session run personally by Steven — no junior advisors, no rotating account managers. Between sessions, you and your team execute the agreed actions; Steven stays close enough to unblock you. The work is what you choose: pricing, margins, team performance, exit planning, AI adoption, growth strategy.
RBP Co-Funding
Strategize Auckland is accredited with the Regional Business Partners Network. Eligible Auckland businesses can access RBP co-funding for the first three months of the programme. Oniesha handles the administration; you focus on the work. Investment range NZD $12,000–$24,000 per year, before RBP offset.
